Did you remember to run CREATE PROCEDURE to describe the parameter
interface to SQL?  Something like:

 CREATE PROCEDURE zzbm1.javacall2 ( IN ID        CHAR(3),
                                    IN NUMBER    CHAR(10) )
        EXTERNAL NAME zzbm1.javacall2
        LANGUAGE CL GENERAL;

Also, check the joblog of the associated QZDASOINIT while the procedure is
running to see any error messages.  You may have to service the job and
put it in debug to see all the messages.
