The ptf you mentioned is on their machine. I did notice that their "Host
name search priority" was set to *Remote but no DNS entries were specified.
I changed it to *Local and made sure there was a host table entry for their
machine. Still no improvement even after an IPL, but thanks for your
suggestion.

You might check to see if MF25051 is on the customer's box. Also, check
the DNS setup to make sure that the IP address for the local machine is
in the DNS and/or the Host Table.
