Sorry, no way to suppress the message that I know of. It is a debug
message written by the program call server that some administrator use to
keep track of who is calling what programs/commands.

All,

Last week I asked about writing information to the job log from Java. I
received two good suggestions and tried to play with it. I am able to get
my
message into the job log now. When I write a message it is always preceded
by "Client request - run program QSYS/QMHSNDPM". Is there a way to prevent
this message from being inserted every time I write a message?

Etienne
