RE: WebSphere 4 ..

In my Websphere 3.5 (running on NT) they go to a file called
E:\WebSphere\AppServer\logs\default_server_stdout.log, but I think you have
to stop Websphere to get it to flush the stream and close the file.  Your
configuration may differ.
