The AS/400 user community is the organization, but we're defraying IBM's
expenses.  Other than that, it's a pretty good fit.


Then again, we might find a better fit here:

sin tax: a tax on substances or activities considered sinful or harmful (as
tobacco, alcohol, or gambling)


In any event, a tax is an additional cost imposed in order to create
additional revenue and/or discourage the use of a given product or service.
That seems to be a spot-on description of the interactive "feature".
