For the Native JDBC driver, properties available are similar but different
(sorry about that). Our online manual has the properties you can use up to
the point that the manual gets put together. The URL for that is
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/pubs/html/as400/v5r1/ic2924/index.htm?info/rzaha/conprop.htm.

Because we do more work in the Native JDBC driver by PTF, this list can get
out of date over time. There is an entry in the Native JDBC faq for which
connection properties are supported which ends up eventually becoming a
part of the next version of the manual. I would suggest using the JDBC faq
for getting the most recent list always (and of course, then putting on the
latest JDBC PTFs so that you are sure to have the property). The FAQ is at
http://www.as400.ibm.com/developer/jdbc/Faqs/JDBCFAQ.html. Question B8
refers to the connection properties.

If you compare the two to get an idea of what is available in each place,
you will see that we have been pretty busy adding customization features to
v5r1 (the faq info always refers to the latest release of the product) and
that some of the properties that have existed in the last have been
enhanced (like the libraries property which now works more like its name
suggests).

Happy hunting to you.

The JDBC section of the Toolbox programmers guide has a list of properties.
A direct link to the section is at
