Dunno if this will help but,
        I recently had a situation like this only a standalone app was calling
CL which called RPG and the best way I could come up with to manage a
lib list was to set it prior to the calls in a CL program or if you are
using a valid user name and password to get a connection to the AS400
set the user profile to have all needed libs in list on signon.
