Re: Java to 400 messaging?

Interesting. I would like to know the results of this thread too.
This morning I had a task that requires me to call Java from CL. I could not
figure out an easy way to pass back info from Java to CL.

If Java code writes the message to IFS file, then CL has to read file in
IFS?
If Java code writes to db2 file (jdbc is now involved), then Java code is
less platform independent.
