The well kept secret is available in 3.0.2 and 3.5, and documentation on it
can be found by viewing the on-line documentation.Take the link for
Administration and then the Administrative Tools link (3.5) or
Administrative Environment link (3.0.2).

Patrick,

There is a web-based admin client that ships with the 3.5.2 product. It is
one
of those well kept secrets. There are quite a few limitations, but it may
do
what you need. Hopefully someone is at a place where they can look it up
but if not I will look at it when I get home tonight.

I second that notion. I prefer a web-based administrative solution.

My 2 cents worth, PLA

Is there not a browser-based admin client going to be available at some
point? Perhaps Frances can help on that possibility. I've always seen that
as the ideal, to be honest - NT servers with the right (large) amount of
memory aren't always easy to get hold of when wanted, the installation
takes time, the application is slow at the best of times, and I would also
love to be able to administer WAS easily when dialled in from home (as I
can the HTTP server and DCM, with the port 2001 browser-based facilities).
Mandy
