RE: Alternative to C Lang ?

You could write your trigger in CL, if the only requirement is "not RPG".
You could parse the before and after buffers in the CL program and call a
Java class to do the trigger processing.  But if you can program in C, that
would be a better choice.

Hi All, 

We are doing a lot of Java coding on AS400 but we have
a new requirement of writing trigger programs to
reside on AS400 written in non-RPG language. I can
only think of C but is there an alternative ?
