Interesting, the page we normally use is:

http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/pubs/html/as400/ic2924/info/java/rzahh/toolbox.htm

and it doesn't seem to appear there.  So, since we use V4R4, I just
substituted
"v4r4" for "v4r5" in the URL you provided, and voila! there it was.
