Does this improve the application opening time? I'm doing the dos prompt
thing but in some computers load the program take more than 2 minutes. That
is too much.

        This may not be a pure java solution but i have had a
        lot of success with install anywhere. They have a free
        version that produces a standard install program for
        just about every os out there.

        it will not open a dos prompt and lessens the
        classpath headaches that are usually involved in a
        java install.
