I can run WAS 3.0 with 192mb but get error 2140 with WAS3.0.2.1

Hello Glenn,

Got here late, so I can't help you with your empty pages problem.  However,
It has been our experience that you need at least 256mb to run websphere on
an NT server.   That's 256mb minimum.  If you are running a DB, or other
memory hog applications 256mb may not be enough.  Also, make sure you have
plenty of free disk space (a few hundred mb) on your boot drive.
