I'm not sure but I don't think the AS/400 Toolbox supports Java 1.2.
The AS/400 only supports Java 1.1.x, I believe.

The com.sun.java.swing... classes are from Swing version 1.0.3. This is
the last version of the Swing 1.0 implementation. The packages were
renamed to javax.swing for Swing 1.1. JFC 1.1 will work with JDK 1.1.7+
but the AS/400 toolbox uses the Swing 1.0 version.

To download that, go to:

        http://java.sun.com/products/jfc/download-103.html

I hope this is clear. If not, please let me know.
