Re: Compiling Java ToolBox for as400 at optimization level 40

The problem is that opt 40 does "pre-resolve" on external references,
and if an external reference (ie, another class) is missing then the
"pre-resolve" blows up.  There are a number of "missing" classes in the
toolbox.
