On my workspace I go to an application's icon. I have replica icons
stacked. I click on the twistie and select Manage List. I know that the
database has replicas on servers not shown in the list. So I click on
Discover. A pop up displays "This operation will discover all known
replicas known to your Domain Catalog and add them to your list. This may
take an extended period of time. Are you sure you want to do this?" I
click Yes. Another new pop up quickly displays "No new replicas found.".

What gives?
