Here's what I do:

To create a list of all user ID?s on the iSeries for auditing, etc:

1) First you need to create a data file with user ID?s and
information
a) At a command line, type DSPUSRPRF and press F4
b) Set the following options:
i) User profile = *ALL, Type of information = *BASIC, Output =
*OUTFILE, File to receive output = USERLIST, Library = CISCO, Member to receive output = *FIRST and Replace or add records = *REPLACE
(a) (This updates a user/description file used by the next query and
the ?Record Format Error? is normal)
2) I use query/400 to generate a report of the user ID?s. Last sign
on date is one of the fields you get.

Cheers!

Not a Domino question, but I hope you'll help me out.

We are looking at doing some cleanup in our user profiles. How can I pull
a report to see if/when the profiles on the system were last used?

Patrick
