That only handles your schedule. So, I could change everyone's calendar
in the corporation so that no one can look at anyone else's calendar
(unless they are delegated to it). I am really trying to avoid a flood of
people doing just that.

Here we go. HR schedules a meeting with VictimOne. InnocentOne see's
meeting on VictimOne's computer so now VictimOne secures their calendar so
that no one can see any details. VictimOne tells 10 others and they do
the same.
HR repeats this with VictimTwo. Same thing with InnocentTwo. VictimTwo
secures his calendar and tells 10 others and they do the same.

Now you have a chemical spill at plant XYZ and you try to get a hold of
the Environmental officer. Doesn't answer building page or cell phone. So
you go to pull up his calendar to see where she is at and all you can see
are free/busy times. This expands into the PR officer because of the news
media. Can't find him and all you can see on his calendar are free/busy
times.

I'd really rather just set it up so that meetings scheduled by the HR
director default to private so that everyone doesn't start securing out
their calendar.
