I don't think that I have ever used FF to access Passport Advantage, I
always use IE. For this very reason.
As to whom to call, you are kidding, right? <laughs> Reminds me of a
conversation I had with Lotus Technical Support a while back:
Me: Before I let you go, can I ask who the webmaster was that decided to
change the Support pages?
IBM Tech: <laughter> We have no "master" for the web.
