Option to run smart upgrade as a workstation admin. You should have a surunaswizard.exe in your Notes program folder. Cool utility.

Currently helping a client push out Notes 8.5.1 using Smart Upgrade with
surunas to upgrade 6.5.3 clients. No issues so far, but they have a very
controlled desktop environment...
