The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Tangential. Basically dealing with one of the bugs on BES.
Problem: User has over 255 folders. When they move a document from their
inbox to one of their folders it may leave it's assigned folder and
reappear in their inbox after a period of time (often as little as 10
minutes).

SDR370552 has been created to correct this issue, it will be included in a
future version of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. As of the present date
I do not have a time frame for this fix.

Our engineering staff has diarrhea of folder creation. Some have 3 times
the 255 number.
