Morning:

I am the developer/analyst for the City of Phoenix messaging group. We are

in the middle of an RFP process for archival products.

We are looking at products that can handle both notes and exchange and are

sized for approximately 10,000+ users

Let me know the number of mail files in your environment, And whether you
are notes only
The products available are quite different depending on how many mail
files you need to manage.

As a government entity, we will very shortly be required to produce email
histories to respond to Freedom of Information Act requests. We need easy

to use, yet flexible, search capabilities and the ability for users (or
via some other means) to flag specific emails with a retention period that

may be longer than a general one-year retention. We are running Domino
8.0.2.

Does anyone have any recommendations?
