You're hitting the backup_timeout limit. The technote states that you 
should add the following line to your notes.ini for each server you're 
saving:

BACKUP_TIMEOUT=x
The number of minutes to allow each backup group to run
Default setting is 15

However, I would recommend you using the following instead - it will cause 
the save to not timeout.
BACKUP_NO_TIMEOUT=1alue, IBM recommends that you enable this value
