lotus.notes.AgentSecurityManager.checkConnect(AgentSecurityManager.java:172)

Check your Server Document, Security TAB for "run unrestricted methods and
operations".
Make sure you sign the agent with an id that has proper access by adding
that name to this group.
Restart the server and retry the connection.

Also did you set all of the properties correctly?
I see several null values to could be set.

Good Luck.

subject: JDBC connectivity

This question might not be quite appropriate for this forum but I'm
running
out of ideas and thought the collective iSeries knowledge on this forum
may
have some ideas...

Domino server 6.5.4 running on a W2K box. iSeries v5r3 with the latest
CUM, HiPer, DB2 & Java ptf's.

I've created an agent that reads from an iSeries PF and updates a Domino
database. The agent uses the AS/400 for Java JDBC driver. I can run this
agent from my Notes client on a Win XP box and it runs fine. I set this
same agent to run scheduled on the server and it blows up without being
able to connect to the iSeries. Domino server, iSeries and desktop are on
the same subnet with no firewall in the picture anywhere. Below is the
trace information. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know...

subject: Re: JDBC connectivity

Not Domino related, per se, however we contracted Joe Pluta to do some
JDBC work for us (updating SQL Server data with DB2 data using RPG to call

JDBC). He might be able to determine the JDBC issue. He frequents
midrange-l and the rpg list.
