Does the GO LICPGM > Option 10 show the mod level? I'm showing only:

5722JV1 *BASE Developer Kit for Java
5722JV1 5 Java Developer Kit 1.3
5722JV1 6 Java Developer Kit 1.4

On searching, I found the following:

http://www.lansa.com/support/tips/t0357.htm

To check to see which version the iSeries has currently activated run the
command:

    JAVA *VERSION

which will return the current Java version being used ie:

    Version JVM V5R2M0 JDK 1.3.1

I am actually getting: Version JVM V5R3M0 JDK 1.4.2 - so that means that
go licpgm doesn't show the mod level
