Sametime mail in database.

I've got a pmr opened, and I've come across some documents that allude to 
a 'Sametime Mailin Database'.  I've found such an animal in the stcs.nsf 
on my sametime servers.  However it's not registered as a mailin database 
in the list of mailin databases on name servers names.nsf.  I assume that 
I have to do that.  What parameters should I use?

Also says:  "(By default the name for STCS.NSF is Sametime Mailin Database 
for R5.x and Sametime Notes Calendar for R6.x.)".  My description says 
"Sametime Mailin Database".  I started File, Database, Replace design but 
didn't see anything like "Sametime Notes Calendar", even with advanced 
templates turned on, so I cancelled that.
