After successfully upgrading Domino 5.0.3 on an AS400 V5R1 to version
6.0.3, I began receiving an error message on DECS. We performed the
upgrade of DECSAdmin with the new DECSAdmin.ntf template from the Domino
Server. Everything successfully updated to ODS 43.

The problem is that we receive the following error message:

08/09/2004 13:44:45 DECS: The administrator can not access the required
object: |Database = DECS Administrator|View = (CS_Queued Events)|Field =
IsRealTimeActivity
08/09/2004 13:44:45 DECS: The control store manager may be unable to
communicate with the Notes server containing the control store database
08/09/2004 13:44:45 DECS: The administrator can not access the required
object
08/09/2004 13:45:00 DECS: The administrator can not access the required
object: |Database = DECS Administrator|View = (CS_Queued Events)|Field =
IsRealTimeActivity
08/09/2004 13:45:00 DECS: The control store manager may be unable to
communicate with the Notes server containing the control store database
08/09/2004 13:45:00 DECS: The administrator can not access the required
object

I have performed the following:

Resigned the DECs database with the Server's ID file.

Edited and save each of the DECS assignementes

Added the following entry to the Server / Security TAB under "Run
unrestricted methods and operations" and "Run Restricted
LotusScript/Java agents" "Enterprise Connector Products/Lotus Notes
Companion Products".

In addition, I copied another template from another Domino 6.0.3 server,
with correct Code Page, and tried the above again with the same results.

I have confirmed the problems with Lotus Technical support and am waiting
for LEI team for resolution.
