Upgrading to Trend's 2.6 -- DOMINO400

Ok, I plan on upgrading a Trend configuration on another server.  I've 
done this before, but it's been one of those weeks...
All the instructions seem geared towards a new install and not an upgrade.

Do I run DLTLICPGM prior to RSTLICPGM?
Do I run CFGSM or just do a LOAD UPDATE?
