Attachment blocking via sever mail rules in 6.5.1 for iSeries

I need to do attachment blocking and have been instructed to use the
server mail rules available in R6.5.1.

I'm quite new to this administrator role, and this is my first Domino
upgrade (5.0.11 to 6.5.1).

Anyone with any tips on how to achieve this?

Regards, Jerry
