I think that someone coming from an Outlook environment may do better with
iNotes. I wouldn't recommend the Web Client (have you used it? it's
"clunky" to quote people from my company), but I'm sure it's last on your
list as well. Roaming users would provide a solution to the NAB problem.
You could also look at installing the Notes Client for multiple users and
this could also address the NAB problem if you didn't want to set up
Roaming (which isn't too difficult).

Subject
Which client to use

I just went to the archives and reread every email dealing with the recent

iNotes thread.

Our situation. We have a small group of clients we are doing their
outsourcing for. One is a Montesorri school. One of their groups has 12
people using 3 PC's. Traditionally we used multiple location documents -
probably because that was what we were used to. They don't like this
method because of the problems with everyone sharing a personal name and
address book.

Our alternatives include:
Multiple location documents (current method)
Roaming users
Web client
iNotes client

Other significant situational facts:
No purchased ap's
Customized ap we are working on is designed to be web based.
Three weeks ago these people used Outlook.
All of their client PC's are loaded with Notes 6.0.3.
Server is running Domino 6.0.3.

What do you recommend?
