You should be able to do it with the DB2 connection.  You may have to install
the DB2 Connect client on the WinNT server.  There are tools called LCTest and
CONTEST that should help with testing the connections.  See the docs listed on
the url noted below.  The "Lotus Domino Connectors Connectivity Guide" may be
your best bet for help.
