>From my understanding, you do not have to perform any extra steps for
internal Notes mail to be encrypted. As long as they are on a Notes server
with the public key they will be able to read the message. You have to
create the key to encrypt mail to external/Internet recipients.

R6.0.1 - Management want Notes email encryption ability.  Testing the
process before notifying them as to steps.  Created a secret encrption
key, as per Notes Help instructions, and mailed it to my assistant who
accepted it.  Then created an email to her and selected encrypt in
Delivery Options.  Also added a another user, who doesn't have my
encryption key,  in the CC: field.  Sent email and both could read the
body content.  Is there something I'm missing in this process
