What is a âNetwork traffic dispatcherâ?
Page 3-4  of the "QuickPlace 3.0 Deployment Guide" says:  âTo provide load 



balancing for clustered place servers requires installation of a network 
dispatcher that accepts QuickPlace requests from clients and redirects 
them to an available place server.â
Page 3-33 of that same manual shows this animal in a picture.
