But it works for other people there?
Check the version of the client.
Make sure that the client is using the userid that you think they are. For 
example, I have multiple location documents that I use for test user 
profiles.  Some users share PC's and set up different location documents 
for whomever is using that PC.
What is the complete ACL?  Perhaps there is a group that is overriding.

Notes/Domino 5.0.10 on AS/400 V5R1

I have an iNotes user who, when trying to enable their Out of Office 
settings, receives the following message: 

        You have insufficient access to perform this operation. 
        Your current user access level is: Editor

When I check the ACL of their mail file through the Administrator client 
it shows them as Designer. Any suggestions?
