Re: Iran ready to resume nuclear talks as soon as possible

And when it fails as miserably as the other Arab Spring/Islamic Winter
ventures undertaken by your cowboy on training wheels, will you still be
singing that "Top Tier" song?

Or, it just might be that this is one more huge win for Barack Obama and
his policies?

Sure sounds that way to me, especially when one factors in that the
Iranian leaders know they are not highly regarded by their own citizens.

These leaders have tried hard over the past two months to provoke an
attack upon them by the West that would unify their citizens solidly
behind them. We did not take the bait. Now they are going with Plan B,

It is pretty clear that the Arab Spring is knocking on their door and
they are nervous as Hell. As they should be - President Barack Obama
is winning another one, if he can keep the Rabid Right in Israel from
going postal.

Of course, I suppose we could attack Iran and kill thousands more of
America's young people, but Iran is not Iraq, and Iran is not
Afghanistan. Attacking Iran is a far messier and deadly adversary. As
to Israel being our proxy and doing the dying for us? Never happen. We
would be sucked into the battle within months.

Iran's president offers to resume talks over nuclear program as soon
as possible, according to letter sent to EU.

Clearly Iran must be feeling the hot breath of Israeli jets and bombs
over their shoulders.

This will of course be just another round of 'negotiations' to stall
the international community.
