we just had a State Supreme Court Justice rule in favor of Illinois
ban of BOTH conceal carry and open carry of weapons.
She said the 2nd amendment only applies to your house...
She also pointed out that the US Supreme court hasn't decided any cases
that breach the "bear arms", only the "keep"...

Obama is already on record for decrying the US Constitution as a
"Charter of negative liberties...", meaning it points out what the
government CAN"T do to you...
