Buck says that in 49 states police CAN'T ask for ID "just walking down
the street". (by "can't" I take it to mean "can't legally".)
many on the right say that the new AZ law doesn't change this existing
"policy". ("can't legally")
many on the left say the AZ law goes too far, in that the police will
"ask you for id just walking down the street", because police are about
2 genes away from jack-booted thugs (because they "can").
