OK, I'll play for a minute or two.

If Biden had said that he was implementing an initiative to stop even
one cent of waste, would you have posted:

a) OMG it's about time someone in DC did something right!
b) Biden gaffe machine runs at full tilt.  Again.
c) I question his judgment.  Again.
d) Biden living in fantasy world.  Still.
e) Biden to double the size of government and waste stimulus money on
paperwork and government bureaucracy

Didn't Biden say anything else in that article?  Hm.
