Subject: [CPF0000] Seeking Advise on Realtors
I am sure someone here has sold their house through a realtor a time or
two...
We are looking at realtors right now. Of the two we interviewed, they came
back with 10,000 dollars difference in recommended price. Does anyone here
have advice on how you determine a selling price with that large of a gap?
Do you split the difference? Both seem to have similar marketing styles so I
think we will probably go with the lower commissioned guy, but he was the
one that recommended the lower price. Would you split the difference? We
want to get rid of it as soon as we can, but we also don't want to loose out
on $$$.
