I'm not arguing about the statute of limitations. I'm trying to figure out
why Paul brought that up in the first place. My question was related to how
an affair with Monica can be used as evidence of a rape that took place a
long time prior. I don't see the relevance.

It's like saying a man killed someone because he has a pattern of behavior
of shooting guns.

Yes, it makes perfect sense. When I got sued for 1,000,000 over a dog
bite, the lawsuit
was filed _two_ days before the statute of limitations rules would have
prevented an
action. Standard practice in litigation.
