Besides, like somebody already hinted, change for its own sake is
useless. I would say dangerous.

I'm not suggesting random change is good. I'm saying that people are
smart enough to work out what the right thing is, and that we are
never at 'best' and therefore by embracing planned, thoughtful change
we enable a society that is open to the idea that we can and should do
better.
