I believe, Paul, hat the system is a lot more effective than you believe
it to be. Perfect? Of course not; few things are. But workable?
Responsive to the voters? Yielding of more or less balanced and accurate
results? You betcha.
Probably the best system in the World in that regard.

Interesting article. Too bad he didn't disclose his source of the
data so it could be verified. Typical problem with reporting almost
everything. I think the report shows that it isn't a problem with
illegals voting using improperly issued ID, rather it's an exposé of
the poor state of verification of a voter at registration time.
