Where is that intention shown, by any politician, anywhere?
My own interpretation of the intention includes:
requiring they have in auto insurance.
providing a facility for identifying the illegals.
and removing their opacity from law enforcement.
We are talking about what? 11 million people? You don't keep track of
that many people with post-it notes on the bulletin board.
Again, lets deal with the Art of the Possible, not imaginary programs
that can never succeed.
