How about you give some props to GW for having a home that is far more
energy efficient than Al's? You were strangely silent on that topic.
If you substituted "Karl Rove" for "Al Gore" in this story, you would be
screaming bloody murder.

Do you mind telling me exactly what your problem with this VC is?
Everyone knows that once you can make money from clean energy solutions
that business are going to gravitate toward these business lines.
What's the problem? Al Gore hasn't suddenly said 'to hell with
conservation', has he? I think you're just piling on the man. Kudos
for updating your AC. Kudos to Al for getting more people and
businesses involved in finding cleaner energy sources.
IMO, the best way to deal with the energy crisis is to reduce energy
like I did in replacing my 24-year-old home A/C unit last month,http://money.cnn.com/2007/11/11/news/newsmakers/gore_kleiner.fortune/index.h
and got a 500.00 rebate from Austin Energy in the process to boot!
Sadly enough - it's still all about money...not saving the planet...
A billion here, a billion there, pretty soon it adds up to real money.
