IMO, the best way to deal with the energy crisis is to reduce energy usage,
like I did in replacing my 24-year-old home A/C unit last month,
and got a 500.00 rebate from Austin Energy in the process to boot!
Sadly enough - it's still all about money...not saving the planet...
