I was reassessed a few years ago and my taxes increased about $400 a
year. Total bill is now $1200 for a 3600 sq. ft. house assessed at
$189,500. When I reached 65, my assessment was frozen, so this was the
last tax increase I'll have as long as I stay in this house.
