We have a 4-bedroom (all small) ranch brick house, living room, dining room,
family room, kitchen, 2.5 baths, full heated basement, well insulated. We
put in a Lennox Pulse Furnace in 1992 during a remodel. Our total heat bill
per _year_ is in the $350 range. This is northern Indiana with an
intelligent thermostat.
I'd say that's pretty good.
