I have noted lately a lot of members of the CPF0000 group have anger managment issues. I'm certainly no saint, and I have taken my pot shots at Booth and others (mostly in fun), but we need to learn how to deal constructively with Anger.
I learned long ago in group therapy counseling (my son is an Alcoholic) that Anger is not an emotion, per se. Anger is a response caused by one of four basic emotions:
If you think back about all of the times that you have been angry, I think you'll find that your anger was caused by one or more of these emotions.
