Interesting stats, Buck. I was checking out Clinton and Essex counties
(right across the lake) and they seem to be pretty consistent, 80% and
up, for the most part. In Westchester, there are a couple of schools
below 15% - can that be right?

I wish I had the time to go digging. NY has the school report cards
online somewhere. I suspect that schools with a 15% graduation rate
closed during the year, or they're for troubled kids or something like
that. I didn't check all the upstate counties, but a bunch looked
like that. Cities graduated fewer than rural areas, but I can't
explain the outliers in this data.
