On the subject of fermented curd there's a superb cheese shop local to
me that is a classic example of how a small business can use the
Internet to build a worldwide client base. It's not explicit about
delivery to the USA though. Are there restrictions on imports of dairy
goods? You could always e-mail the shop for advice if you suddenly
come over all peckish and wish to negotiate the vending of some cheesy
